My daughter was involved in a DUI and hiring Marcia to represent her was the best decision I ever made. She not only knew the law, she also was there for me on an emotional level. A mother herself, Marcia “gets” how critical it is to make sure a young person is able to get a second chance. If your kid makes a mistake, I highly recommend hiring Riebling & Payton to defend them.N.C.

I trusted him to represent me in areas where I really didn’t know what to expect or what to do. I could not have had a better advocate in court, and I will certainly seek his advice and help in the future.K.S.

After my son was arrested for DWI, I called numerous law firms. I was looking for a law firm that specializes in DWI cases in Westchester County. Marcia Payton called me back within minutes. She spent a long time on the phone, discussing my case and what I could expect from the legal system. All of this for free. I decided to hire her on the spot and it was the best decision I could have made. My son got the best possible plea on his case. Thank you Marcia!Mary
